Description of Service
Bunches is an e-commerce website that facilitates the sale of Flowers and Gifts to the general public covering the area of Benalmadena through to Elviria on Spains Costa del Sol
Agreement of Sale
On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of your order for gifts and flowers. When orders are placed with Bunches on a weekend or public holiday the order will be processed the next working day. Bunches reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order of flowers and gifts in whole or in part, but this will be reserved for exceptional circumstances only.
Payments
All payments are processed by PayPal.
Product availability
All Bunches products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, Bunches reserve the right to substitute an advertised flower or product with one of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply the flower product in question or any substitute flower product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Personal Information
You can visit bunchesspain.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We collect personal information when you buy a product which consists of your name, telephone number, email address, and a delivery address.
We will only ever use your personal information for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, and informing you of our new products, services and offers.
